Intermediate Penis Extension Routine

If you have phased out of the beginning portion of your penile extension routine using a premium grade penis extender, you are ready to make the most of what you have and what you can do with it.

This intermediate penis extension guide is based around using a top quality penis extender. More specifically, I will be referencing the SizeGenetics extender for clarification purposes.

As an intermediate practitioner, your size should now be exceeding 1 inch in length and close to one inch in circumference regarding initial measurements. Your specific gains should be comparable since your results may differ slightly.  If you haven’t read our beginners routine I recommend you do. It will make this guide easier to comprehend. Otherwise, the first portion of this intermediate guide will discuss the fundamentals of what you need for this level of treatment.

What You Need For Your Penis Extension Treatment

Just like our beginner penis extension guide, you will need all of these items:

  • A penile traction device

  • Interchangeable and multifunctional comfort oriented components

  • Fastener attachment piece(es)

  • At least a one year time frame (This guide is based around 1.5 years) consisting of frequent and regular traction sessions. You should have already completed 20 weeks (5 months) of treatment at this point

  • You need to allocate more time to give your penis the rest it needs to recover and be prepared for each and every future traction session

  • An established understanding of PE exercises

  • A journal to document EVERYTHING

Traction Tension Level

1500 grams of traction should be the amount of stretching tension your penis is used to. You will work your way up to 1800 grams and 2100 grams to maximize results and progress treatment.

Documenting Your Progress And Results

While this is option, I strongly suggest you record everything that occurs throughout every stage of your extension treatment. At this stage of treatment, you records should look something like this:

June 1st, 2013 – Week 21 ( EXAMPLE DATA)

Use Per Day – Week 21

Mon – 6 hours

Tues – 6 hours

Wed – 6 hours

Thurs – 6 hours

Fri – Recovery day

Sat – 4 hours

Sun – 4 hours

Components – Week 21

Strap fastener + comfort padding

Exercise(s)

20 sets of your choice every 2 hours per traction session

Initial Size Measurements

Flaccid Length – 4.2 inches

Erect Length – 6.8 inches

Flaccid Circumference – 3.7 inches

Erect Circumference – 5.1 inches

Current Size Measurements

Flaccid Length – 5.0 inches

Erect Length – 7.6 inches

Flaccid Circumference – 4.3 inches

Erect Circumference – 5.9 inches

Device Setup – Week 21

Traction Tension – 1500 grams

Remember to take notes just like this that are very specific to your routine. Any observable changes, alterations, or progress no matter if it is by choice or not.

Phase Two: Months 5 – 12

This 7 month phase of treatment will be nothing new. You will continue adding elongation bars, adjusting traction tension, monitoring results and progression, and making sure you are using components that  feel comfortable .

Weeks 21 – 31

The beginners guide left off with your device set at 15oo grams of traction tension and equipped with a comfort strap attachment fastener and comfort padding. Try out other component combinations to check if they feel more comfortable. Your penis will be adapting constantly and how it feels may require new components to ensure optimum comfort. here is where you should be:

  1. Keep you device set at 1500 grams of traction

  2. Instead of wearing your extender 4 hours per day, increase to 6 hours 4 times a week, with one day for rest, and two 4 hours sessions over the weekend

  3. Add more elongation bars if needed. You have to determine what fits based on your measurements

  4. (Optional) – Perform PE exercises of your choice after every 2 hours of traction (20 repetitions). Exercise will help increase blood flow within your penis and improve overall results

  5. Keep your device clean and practice proper hygiene

  6. Document EVERYTHING

Weeks 32 – 41

This series of weeks you will need to increase traction tension, add more elongation bars, and continue following the same protocol as before.

  1. Continue applying 15oo grams of traction. You should base this amount on your progress and how your penis is reacting

  2. Wear your extender for 6 hours 4 times a week, with one day for rest, and two 4 hours sessions over the weekend

  3. Add more elongation bars if needed. You have to determine what fits based on your measurements

  4. (Optional) – Perform PE exercises after every 2 hours of traction (20 repetitions). Exercise will help increase blood flow within your penis and improve overall results

  5. Keep your device clean and practice proper hygiene

  6. Document EVERYTHING

Weeks 42 – 51

Keep doing what you are doing if treatment is progressing smoothly!

  1. It is now time to increase traction tension to 18oo grams. Keep in mind you need to base this amount on your progress and how your penis is reacting

  2. Begin wearing your extender 8 hours per day, 2 days of rest per week and 6 hours 4 times a week plus one day of rest

  3. Add more longer extension bars. Determine what fits based on your measurements

  4. (Optional) – Perform PE exercises after every 2 hours of traction (20 repetitions). Exercise will help increase blood flow within your penis and improve overall results

  5. Keep your device clean and practice proper hygiene

  6. Document EVERYTHING

Next Level: Advanced Extension

The advanced stages are up next and this is when you will start to get big fast. You size should be close to 2 inches longer and over an inch wider and the best is still to come. Based on everything I have been telling you, I measuring 1.5 inches in new length and a small amount of an inch in width. You should gain more than me since I missed days here and there, even taking a week or two off for personal reasons. If you extend without stopping, you’ll gain more than I did. Keep at it!
